Savoy Conference.
A conference of bishops of the Church of England, held in 1661, with the object of so amending the liturgy as to permit of the Puritan party remaining in the Church. It was, however, found impossible to arrive at any acceptable middle course.

A declaration of faith of the Congregational Churches of England, issued in 1658. It is a modification of the Westminster Confession.
