A trustworthy gentleman writes to me, three years ago, with a feeling which I cannot but respect, that his Father, “the late Admiral Nesham” (not Needham, as the French Journalists give it) is the Englishman meant; and furthermore that the sword is “not rusted at all,” but still lies, with the due memory attached to it, in his (the son’s) possession, at Plymouth, in a clear state.
