The spellings of non-English words were not reviewed by Transcriber.
The Title page hyphenates “BLUE-BEARD”; the rest of the book does not.
Uncaptioned illustrations are decorative headpieces and tailpieces.
The index was not checked for proper alphabetization or correct page references.
