I think you are speaking of the third sentence of the last paragraph on the second page, a sentence which reads as follows, to wit: “He was never present while Oswald was being interviewed, nor was he present while Ruby was being interviewed by the Dallas Police officers.” I think you wish to comment upon that, do you not?
Mr. Leavelle. Correct that to read, “With the exception of possibly 15 minutes prior to the actual transfer began on the 24th.”
