Another issue of the first edition, on large and thick paper, measuring 14-1/4 by 9-1/4 inches. The text is partly reset and partly printed from the same types, with title-page in red and black, different ornaments, vignettes and initials engraved by Gribelin, and a portrait by Vertue after Jervas, which was issued separately in 1715.
