LOWLINESS.

Though the Lord be high, yet hath He respect unto the lowly: but the proud He knoweth afar off.—Psalm cxxxviii. 6.

When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.—Proverbs, xi. 2.
