Adultery Forbidden.
Thou shalt not commit adultery. ([Ex. 20 : 14].)
Whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. ([Heb. 13 : 4].)
Marriage or Cohabitation with a Sister Denounced.
Cursed is he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. ([Deut. 27 : 22].)
And if a man shall take his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, ... it is a wicked thing. ([Lev. 20 : 17].)
