The only other copy of this edition which has been traced was purchased for the Bodleian, but cannot now be found. The ninth edition, the first having appeared in 1593. At the end of this volume, which also contains the 'Passionate Pilgrim' of 1599 is a note in an old handwriting 'Not quite perfect, see 4 or 5 Leaves back; so it cost me but 3 Half-pence.'
