The collation given above follows that in Dr Sinker's catalogue, but there is strong reason to suppose that we should assume that E 6 was blank and that vol. ii began with a single sheet, unsigned, the first leaf being blank and the second containing the titlepage to that volume. The first edition appeared anonymously in 1516. In some copies of the present edition, the third, William Bonham is given as the printer's name.
