¶ With mete ne bere þy knyfe to mowthe,
Wheþer þou be sett be strong or couthe;
Ne with þo borde clothe þi tethe þou wype,
Ne þy nyen þat rennen rede, as may betyde.

Þis lessoñ loke þou þenke apoñ:
