Brigadier-General Hugh S. Johnson.
Rear Admiral F. F. Fletcher.
Hugh Frayne, of the American Federation of Labor.
George N. Peek, a prominent Middle Western manufacturer.
J. L. Replogle, who became the very efficient Director of Steel Supply.
L. L. Summers, an expert on explosives.
Alexander Legge, General Manager of the International Harvester Company.
And Judge Edwin B. Parker.
