2 gallons vinegar.
3 tablespoonfuls ginger.
2 tablespoonfuls celery-seed.
1 tablespoonful cinnamon.
2 tablespoonfuls turmeric.
1 tablespoonful horseradish.
1 tablespoonful garlic.
2 tablespoonfuls pepper.
