The six comrades go to the earth.
The vi falowis, that falowit hyme al day,
Sich was the preß, that to the erth go thay;
And thar in myd among his ennemys
[3372] He was about encloſit one ſich wyß
None know where he is.
That quhare he was non of [his] falowis knew,
Nor mycht nocht cum to help hyme, nore reſkew.
And thus among his ennemys allon
He defends himself with his sword.
