Upon me, wrecche, take no vengeaunce!
ffor my synnys abhomynable,
In hert I have grett repentaunce.
I am wel wurthy to have myschaunce,
Bothe bodyly dethe and werdly shame;
But gracyous prophets of socurraunce,
This tyme pray ȝow for Goddys name.
