Of stitching vp, or searing of his sore,
As thing to bad, reproues the surgeon’s art
Which not withstanding doth his health restore.
The childe likewise to science plied sore,
Counts knowledge ill, his teacher to be wood,
Yet surgery and sciences be good.

But as the pacient’s griefe and scholer’s payne,
Cause them deme bad such things as sure be best,
So want of wisdome causeth vs complaine
