Upon motion of Mr. Bixby seconded and unanimously passed, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year, or thereafter until the annual meeting of the Incorporation to be held in 1924:

Hilliard; Secretary, W. C. Deming.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
