Sir,—You are to proceed with the Bylander towards Higgins neuk and allowa and there assisted by Captain Coren and y^e party you are to Search for Suspected persons, ammunition and provisions belonging to the Rebells of wch you have particular Notice, for wch this shall be sufficient warrand.
