Sr,—Upon receipt of this I desire yeull visite all the ports on the Forth where Coals are shipped, and agree for Coals being transported for the use of y^e army by Sea to Montrose, and to report to me by Express what agreements you make and to what extent wt y^e ships name and masters names.
