SHRIMP-CHEESE FILLING
- ¹⁄₂ cup flaked cooked shrimp
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¹⁄₄ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and fill puffs.
EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD
- 4 pounds cooked chicken breast
- 2 small packages slivered almonds
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups thin sliced celery
- 2 6 oz. cans water chestnuts sliced thinly
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and fill puffs.
