Oh, there will be mourning
At the judgment seat of Christ.
Wives and husbands there shall part, etc.
Shall part to meet no more.

This old air and its words portray, as the Olive Leaf author declares, “the gloomy side” of the Last Day. But, he adds consolingly, “Now sing the joyous side, with every verse,” thus:
