TO MAKE UP: Press carefully. Sew seam of crown to within 3½ ins. of Front edge. Placing the millinery wire along the edge of the brim, work 1 row s.c. along edge, working into each st. twice and catching the wire in with each st. Turn wire back about 1 inch at each end and oversew along edge of brim. Work 1 row s.c. along front edge and neck edge of crown. Sew edge of brim along side of crown at each side. Make ribbon rosettes and sew to each side as illustrated.
