The second is from Bale's Interlude concerning the Three Laws of Nature, Moses, and Christ:
"If ye cannot slepe, but slumber,
Geve Otes unto Saynt Uncumber,
And Beanes in a certen number
Unto Saynt Blase and Saynt Blythe."
