The space allotted for this purpose embraces 6,000 square feet, supplied with Steam-power, Gas, and all the requirements of the Workshop, the Factory, and the Laboratory, which will be kept open every day and evening, and form a perpetual MECHANICS' FAIR, affording an opportunity to Inventors and Mechanics to place their products before thousands of daily visitors at a nominal tariff.
