JOHN DOUGALL,

THE THIRTY-THIRD VOLUME

OF THE

American Missionary,

1879.

We have been gratified with the constant tokens of the increasing appreciation of the Missionary during the year now past, and purpose to spare no effort to make its pages of still greater value to those interested in the work which it records.

Shall we not have a largely increased subscription list for 1879?

A little effort on the part of our friends, when making their own remittances, to induce their neighbors to unite in forming Clubs, will easily double our list, and thus widen the influence of our Magazine and aid in the enlargement of our work.
