Recipe for Pineapple Ice
12 cans of grated pineapple
6 quarts of water
6 quarts of sugar
6 lemons
Boil the water and sugar fifteen minutes, add the pineapple, let boil five minutes; when cold strain, add lemon juice and freeze as usual.
