A simple solution is provided by installing “TAG” Self-Operating Temperature Controllers—a device which requires no compressed air and is so simple to operate that all the workman need do is to “set” the controller for the desired temperature and “forget it.”
Pasteurizing, sterilizing, etc., to an efficient degree can also be easily accomplished with these anti-spoilage and self-paying controllers.
