John, b. July 30, 1836, m. Frances Hamilton, of Niagara Co., N. Y., and had (1) Jennie Cudaback, m. Ralph Moore, of Cleveland, Ohio.
Harvey, b. July 7, 1838, m. Lydia LeBar and had (1) Nellie Cudaback, m. Wm. McCleand, of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. He was a clerk in New Orleans at the outbreak of the rebellion. He was drafted in the Confederate Army, was captured by Gen. Butler in New Orleans. He explained his position, organized a company and became its captain and continued in the Union Army until the close of the war. Now, 1912, lives at Niagara-on-the-Lake.
