Feb. 4, 1738, son of John Van Fleet and Jane Swartwout, grandson of Jan Van Vliet and great grandson of Ariaen Gerretsen Van Vliet, the emigrant who came to America from Utrecht in the ship _Faith,_ in Mar., 1662, m.
