COL. WILLIAM ABRAM4 CUDDEBACK (Jacob,1 William,2 Abraham3), b. Nov. 5, 1759, bap. Nov. 21, 1759, d. Jan. 27, 1846, m. Charlotte Van Inwegen, b. 1751, d. Aug. 24, 1829, Lived at Cuddebackville, which hamlet was named for him at the building of the Delaware & Hudson Canal. He was a Colonel of militia at time of the war of 1812. He succeeded to the lands and position and influence in the community of his father, Captain Abram Cuddeback. Children (Cuddeback):
