Roger Bruns

Roger A. Bruns is an author and the former deputy director for the National Archives and Records Administration of the United States. His books have included Preacher : Billy Sunday and big-time American evangelism, Almost History, an anthology of historical American documents which were about the subsequent course of American history, as well as biographies of Billy Graham, Jesse Jackson, Martin Luther King Jr., and George Washington.

Roger Caillois

Roger Caillois was a French intellectual whose idiosyncratic work brought together literary criticism, sociology, ludology and philosophy by focusing on diverse subjects such as games and play as well as the sacred. He was also instrumental in introducing Latin American authors such as Jorge Luis Borges, Pablo Neruda and Miguel Ángel Asturias to the French public. After his death, the French Literary award Prix Roger Caillois was named after him in 1991.

He retired in 2016 as Associate Director for Collections and Curatorial Affairs for the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. Launius is a consulting historian in air and space history. He has written many books on space flight, and also published on the history of the Latter Day Saint movement.
