BAKED CANNED BEANS
2 cans baked beans
2 tablespoons GRANDMA’S MOLASSES
1 tablespoon chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
3 strips bacon
Heat oven to 350° F. (moderate). Heat beans. Stir in molasses, onion, salt, and mustard. Pour into baking pan. Arrange bacon over beans. Bake until bacon is brown and crisp. YIELD: 5 to 6 servings.
