DEC ROW: K 1, P 1 across 7 sts, P 2 tog, K 2 tog, work across next 14 sts, P 2 tog, K 2 tog, work across. NEXT ROW: Work even in seed st, cut yarn leaving a length. Draw sts tightly tog. Fasten off. CUFF: On cast-on sts right side facing, pick up and K 41 sts. Finish same as booties. Sew seams. Lace ribbon through 1st pattern.
