Raspberry Frappé
2 qts. raspberries
1 qt. water
3 tbs. lemon juice
3¼ cups sugar
Press berries through sieve. Boil sugar and water together until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add raspberry juice and lemon juice. Freeze.
