PROTOSE HASH
- Protose, 1½ cups.
- Cold boiled or baked potatoes, 2 cups.
- Oil.
- Chopped onions, large, 2.
- Salt.
- Sage.
Put all together in a pan, pour over a little cooking oil, and set on the stove. When it begins to brown, stir up with a thin knife occasionally until well browned.
