Lilac (Extrait de Lilas).
| Oil of bitter almond | 15 grains. |
| Extract of orange flower | 2 qts. |
| Extract of tuberose | 3 qts. |
| Tincture of civet | 2 to 3½ oz. |
The above-named ingredients are exceedingly volatile; according to the desired permanence of the perfume, more or less of the extract of civet is added.
