Cranberry Cheese Frosting for Spice Cakes
3-oz. package cream cheese
4 tablespoons Ocean Spray Whole Cranberry Sauce
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 lb. sifted confectioners’ sugar
Soften cream cheese with cranberry sauce. Add salt. Gradually add sugar, beating until creamy. Excellent frosting for spice cake.
