8. Lemon Pudding.
10-oz. bread crumbs.
2-oz. butter.
4 eggs.
2-pints milk.
¼-lb. sugar.
Grated rind of 1 lemon.
Bring the milk to boiling point, stir the butter in, and add the other ingredients. Put pastry round a dish, fill with the mixture, and bake ¾ hour.
