Cocoanut Custard
- 2 cups milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 cup cocoanut
Scald milk, add cornstarch which has been mixed with a small amount of cold milk, cook ten minutes. Mix other ingredients, add to cornstarch mixture, cook one minute. Pour into serving dish. Chill and serve.
