Sago Pudding.
- Ingredients—1 pint of milk.
- 2 tablespoonfuls of sago.
- 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar.
- 1 egg.
Method.—Simmer the sago in the milk until it thickens.
Add the sugar and the egg, well beaten.
Put it into a pie-dish, and bake in a moderate oven for half an hour.
The egg may be omitted if preferred.
