Semolina Pudding.
- Ingredients—1 pint of milk.
- 2 tablespoonfuls of semolina.
- 1 tablespoonful of moist sugar.
- An egg, if liked.
Method.—Simmer the semolina in the milk, with the sugar, stirring until it thickens.
Then beat in the egg.
Put in a pie-dish, and bake for half an hour.
