Sweet Custard Pudding.
- Ingredients—Some apricot jam.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 pint of hot milk.
- 3 tablespoonfuls of castor or moist sugar.
- The grated rind of a lemon.
- A little pastry.
Method.—Line a pie-dish neatly with the pastry, and spread the jam at the bottom.
Beat the eggs with the milk and sugar, and pour over the jam.
Bake in a very moderate oven for about one hour.
