HOT TURKEY SALAD
- 1 C. cubed, cooked turkey
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chopped Texas pecans
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. chopped onion
- ½ C. grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
- Crushed potato chips
Mix all ingredients except chips. Place into a baking dish. Cover the top with crushed chips. Bake about 20 minutes (or until bubbly around the edges) at 350 degrees F.
