ABSINTHE COCKTAIL

Mixing glass ¾ full Shaved Ice.

½ jigger Water.

½ jigger Absinthe.

2 dashes Angostura Bitters.

1 teaspoonful Benedictine.

Stir; strain into Cocktail glass and serve.
