Handling of translations and parallel versions was inconsistent in the original: some were shown in side-by-side columns, while others were printed consecutively. Texts and translations are here shown side by side wherever possible, with prose passages broken into shorter units. Page numbers in the right margin mean that the second (right) column was originally printed after the first (left) column. Significant changes in layout have been footnoted.
