Then, the next morning, Mṛigánkadatta rose up from the shore of that beautiful lake, together with all his ministers, who had rejoined him; and in company with them, and the Bráhman Śrutadhi, set out for Ujjayiní, to win Śaśánkavatí, after he had paid his orisons to that tree of Gaṇeśa.[1]
