Chives. Eight linear threads; tips beardless, without the blossom, and black.
Pointal. Seed-bud turban-shaped. Shaft thread-shaped, and a little longer than the chives. Summit four-cornered.
Native of the Cape of Good Hope.
Flowers from March till June.
