1 7-oz. can tuna fish
3 cups cooked rice
1 10½-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup water
⅓ cup sliced canned mushrooms
1 teaspoon curry powder
Drain and flake tuna fish. Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into a 1½-quart casserole. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F.) 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles around the edges. 5 to 6 Servings
