3 bananas, sliced thin
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
1 egg white, beaten stiff
Mix the sugar and water and cook 5 minutes. Cool slightly and add the fruit juices and the fruit. Pour in ice-cream freezer and add the stiffly-beaten egg white. Freeze.
