Hibbard Lustre Colors
Lustre Colors are very effective in conventional style decoration. In connection with powder or regular painting colors, part of the design may be Lustre, either flowers, leaves or parts of background that require special treatment to bring out the beauty of the design may be treated with Lustre if brilliant effect is desired.
