2 Pounds hamCut ham into small cubes and boil 30 minutes.
3 Pounds chickenMince chicken.
½ Pound onionsChop onions.
½ Pound flourMake paste of flour.
5 Gallons chicken soup stock
½ Pound butter
¼ Pound salt
3 Ounces powdered okra
mixed with pint of
water
Add all this to soup stock.
Add butter and salt. Boil
10 minutes. Then add
okra mixed with water.
Can.
